chocolate dessert



  • 80g dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 50g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g sugar
  • 30g flour

First of all, it is necessary to melt  butter and chocolate. 
Mix well two eggs with sugar.


 


Add the melted chocolate. Then, pour flour and mix well.




Bake at 210C for 10-15 minutes.


Add some ice cream.
